Before diving into his current ventures, he served as the Personal Lines Director at Folgate Insurance Company and later ascended to the role of Managing Director at both Folgate Underwriting Agency Personal Lines and Towergate Personal Lines Underwriting Division.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Mike then co-founded Lares Services Limited, where he continues to weave his magic and spread his insurance wisdom.

Steve Jones is the insurance world’s version of a Swiss Army knife. With over 30 years of experience tucked neatly under his belt, Steve has seen it all and done even more.
A former Director and shareholder of RGA Underwriting Ltd, Home and Travel Ltd, and Srila Systems Ltd in Sri Lanka, he had a hand in managing roughly 120 staff and made sure everything ran smoother than a well-oiled zombie apocalypse survival team. Steve isn't just a master of business development, though it's one of his standout skills.
His expertise stretches across IT, Finance, Compliance, Underwriting, Claims (FNOL), and Customer Services departments. Basically, if it happens in the world of insurance, he has his finger on the pulse.
Teaming up with Steve Verrall, Steve Jones helped supercharge the RGA group’s growth to an impressive £30 million in 2019. With a keen focus on customer service, he is all about delivering top-notch experiences, ensuring clients feel like the VIPs they truly are.
